A Simple Process
Familiar web-based interactive tools guide your visitor through the process, enabling them to enter their details which are then automatically stored in the system. There is also the option of capturing and storing a webcam image of the visitor. A dedicated label printer then prints out an adhesive-backed label with the visitor’s name and details which can then be applied to their clothing during their visit.
Optional Visitor Induction
If you would like to include a safety or site orientation induction, Rapid Visitor Access enables you to easily create an online induction that visitors can complete before they arrive on site. You can also have them complete it when they arrive. Inductions can also include a questioning process to ensure content comprehension.
Reporting
Because Rapid Visitor Access tracks all information, including arrival and departure times, you can run a number of up to the minute reports with a few simple clicks – including an evacuation list of all your visitors.

We also provide an optional feature that allows you to access visitor details, print evacuation reports and edit settings and administration details from any web connected computer.
